Hey there , up for a chat? Just Tay and I and she's snoozing so =) I just made a piece of Salmon and whenever I fix fish it always leads me to thoughts of you. Anyhow, you'd love this! First I blackened it (blackening season) then I topped it with a mushroom-wine -garlic sauce I made, sprinkled on a little freshly grated Pecorino and seared it off in the broiler for a few minutes, sprinkled a little fresh cilantro for color (and I LOVE cilantro). Preetttty tasty! Been a super busy week, I ran over 90 miles in 5 days. My days from 6:25 on were consumed with running. Waking up at 7:30 this AM ... , well it was strange not running all day. Well, Tay and I did slip out for a walk around the lake this afternoon, but it was a relaxed, I could careless kind of trot. Too nice of a day to pass that up. AND, she loves to go! She's still on the IV antibiotics. One more week and she should hopefully be done. She's been on them since January. Pretty sick little girl she was, but she's doing so much better now! I was going to stop by the cemetery today, but I had a car load of kids, sooo...soon. The weather is getting really nice out so I'm sure your grave-site needs LOTS of clean up. Ugh, still after all these years it takes my breath to say 'grave-site'. Bry is going to play baseball again this year. That excites me, A LOT!!! Hope he continues on with the love of the sport, God knows it's certainly my favorite =) 3 more weeks and the real season begins, I CAN'T WAIT!! Ice is off the lake, pool will be opened in a couple months. FINALLY, the happy season!! At least the winter was super wimpy this year! Well, I gotta settle this pup down.
