Hi Mom....been awhile huh? Having Dev here for 3 weeks kept me busy AND happy =) Sooo hated taking her home. Took us an hour to say our 'see ya laters'. She's hoping to come back up for another week in August. 1st week of August actually so only 2 weeks away =) Jarrod came home today. Grilled some burgers on the grill and went for a walk. LOVE having him home. He's actually moving back home in a couple weeks. Finishing up his schooling at Ferris so it'll be closer and CHEAPER for him...and wayyyy happy for me =) Kinda having a few blahh days. Reality SUCKS!! Miss you!! Always miss you, not a day goes by that I don't think of you! Called Debbie a couple hours ago, have been putting it off all day. I'm not very good at comforting and I knew she'd be having a hard time today. ONE year ago since Lee took the seat next to you up there. But surprisingly it wasn't as hard on her as she thought it'd be and she really appreciated me calling, so I am glad I did! That first year is brutal I tell ya! 2nd, 3rd and now the 4th is no picnic either but it's a 'different' kind of brutal. I still think about you EVERY SINGLE DAY, but at least I can think of you and smile instead of bursting into tears and wishing I was up there w/you.
